{i got a feeling}

I've been listening to this.

It gives me happy, poppy feelings.

{of bows and boredom}

Last night the internet was mean to me and things would not load.

Also my friends were online but nobody talked to me.

So, I made myself a bow clip.

And surprisingly, wearing it makes me feel better.

My sister gave me this. It is possibly the greatest sweater ever.

She thrifted it. See why I love thrift shops so much? ;)

A paint job. That's what a kid from the choir asked me to do. Also, Spongebob. Yes.

Despite the yucky photos, they really do look good.

I think I need a pair of hightops now. NEED.

{oh my}

Rob Ryan, my ultimate favorite dude, worked with Urban Outfitters to produce this limited edition Lomo Fisheye!

I want this so very much.

Check out his blog and his website.

i seriously adore this man.

That is all. Carry on.

Elizabeth Dye's Spring wedding dress collection is making me weak-kneed. It's gorgeous.

I think I'll get married in this last one, which, incidentally, is called Persuasion.

Oh my.

Well, I'm off to find my husband, then.

mustard leather

Cut into rather large figure eights, then looped together.

And then suede strips to finish.

Yehes, posing by the trash can.

smashing 80s

It was my gorgeous friend Yela's birthday party last Saturday, and she decided to have an 80s-themed party. It was a looooot of super cute fun.

(Sorry for the crappy camera. I borrowed it, and it's pretty darn awful.)

I made a backdrop of orangey goodness, here's the birthday girl in front of it:

And then I had a truckload of cake:
Here's Nina and Andrew, who were the best costume winners, which is pretty hilarious:

Me and Nina:

This was while getting ready and contemplating our makeup:

And also I made cookies! I had a bit of an icing malfunction, but otherwise they looked passable, right? Right?

The speech bubbles:

Me being awkward:

Yela, I love you! Amigas forever.

See how much I love her? Enough to wear this, chyeaah.

Like, radical.
