Last Sunday, we invited Andrea over to craft and decorate cookies. It was so much fun. She's lovely.

And I found a cute photo of sunburnt Ina back when she was eight, I think.
And then I made some barrettes.
This is what my room looks like.

My mom makes the best things ever. These were to die for. And I'm not just saying that cause she's my mother. Find me dessert that tastes better than hers and I'll concede. Double dare ya.

They're building an overpass outside. This is the view from our front door. No lie.

I've been window shopping over at Free People and I love their new collection.

The model in this banner is so crazy gorgeous, and that board! I want it.

I can't afford anything, but hey, a girl can dream, right? These are some of my favorites.

I especially love that last pair of pants.

Look! Look what I made! Entirely from scratch! I've never sewn anything with a zipper before, and I'm sure I went about it in the worst way, but still! A little purse!

And lining! Oh yes. I was thorough.

I am rather disgustingly proud of myself. I've never made anything like this before.

I might add a little strap, so it becomes a wristlet.

Hooray, hooray, hooray!

The next ones will be so much better. For now I shall bask in the glow of my achievement.

Here's a dress I bought in a thrift store for about 100 pesos ($2.50-ish). It's one of my very favorites and I wear it at least once a week. True facts.
